What We Do During the Inspection
Cleaning & Supplies: General check.
Electronics: Verify remote controls, TVs, and Wi-Fi functionality.
Lighting: Turn on and test all bedroom lamps; replace if necessary and possible.
Batteries: Check and replace in remote controls, locks, and other devices if available.
Climate Control: Verify and adjust room temperature.
Ambience: Apply fragrance and turn on TV.
Light Debris: Remove small dry debris, if any.
Touch-up Cleaning: Perform quick adjustments to keep the house in perfect condition.
Maintenance: Report urgent or non-urgent issues, if any.
Reports: Issue inspection with photos and cleaning classification report, if required.
Record: All inspections documented in our platform.
Refund Policy

100% refund of cleaning if check-in is canceled due to a cleaning problem. (Just clients)
Refund of the inspection fee if the guest reports a problem and Side is unable to resolve it within 2 hours.
